Several days after the snow storm and the drive thru and parking lost had not been plowed. Food was normal ol Taco Bell. Good enough if you want a burrito or tacos when you're in a hurry as long as you can hurry to a bathroom shortly after.

So bad. They didn’t have a menu item on online menu so I asked for help and they were so confusing. Then I went to follow up and was met with attitude. After that I got my food and it was cold, my cheese quesadilla was hard and the cheese was string cheese and not melted at all. My burrito was straight tortilla

Every time I order, I never get my sauces. every sauce that I put on my order is on the receipt that you have to attach to the order. this means they are making a conscious choice to never put my sauce in the bag. if you look at my previous orders to Taco Bells, I even ask the driver if they can please ask them to put the sauce in the bag. every driver tells me that when they arrive , the staff told them that the sauce is in the bag. This is completely insane at this point. the manager basically left in my face. The manager basically left in my face because they know that they're untouchable. You can't really punish them for this behavior. I do not recommend this location.

This is THE worst Taco Bell I've EVER been to in 40 years. I waited 30 minutes for the food in the parking lot along with a bunch of other cars who were sent to the parking lot to wait. Im a Dasher and this is bad for business on all sides. I HATE this location. Get a new manager or something because clearly one on shift doesn't know what they are doing.

I came here to have dinner, the staff is very rude, we do not recommend coming here and the administration, the general manager I want to contact them, they are very rude and ill-mannered. I advise you to educate them. They work very slowly. I do not advise you to come here. The food in the kitchen is very bad. I pulled up by 2:30. The lady on the speaker said what can I get for you? Politely asked what kind of deal they had on taco boxes. Then I was informed that their computer system went out all of the sudden (in that new building) and they’re no longer taking orders but only for DoorDash. They should not advertise open till 3am Door dash orders only they need to keep the lights off outside. They shouldn’t advertise open till 3am
