I don’t know if they went through a management/ownership/staff change or what but they went from worst Taco Bell in cincy to best. Every time I’ve gone in the past few months has been fresh, well made, tacos full, even the nacho chips are better. The staff is friendly. I thought it was a fluke thing but I keep going and every time it’s great

This was a horrible experience. The lady was took at least 4 minutes to answer the drive thru. I had to ask if they were open. She was RUDE. AND THEN THE FOOD WAS GROSS AND UNPRESENTABLE.

The older employees are very polite; however the younger employees in the afternoons and evenings are rude and lazy. In correct orders and attitudes if you say something to get it corrected. They close the store early, lie about shortages in available

Easily the worst taco bell or KFC in the city. If it wasn't a 4 mile drive to the next one I would never go to it. They even removed the hours from the door, seemingly so they can close whenever they feel like it. It seems their lobby is never open any more, so don't even think about walking there, or using the bus. Pitiful for an urban neighborhood like this to not even offer any kind of walk up service.
I love the Chalupa Supreme. And the $5 Cravings Box definitely filled my craving for Taco Bell.

I do believe this store sold me a Mexican pizza with expired beef. Soon after eating my meal! I developed an upset stomach coupled with diarrhea.

My order is literally never correct. I ONLY RETURN BC THERE IS SO FEW OPTIONS CLOSE ENOUGH TO AQUIRE WITHIN A 30 MIN LUNCH! Today no chipotle ranch on the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito.
