I don’t know if they went through a management/ownership/staff change or what but they went from worst Taco Bell in cincy to best. Every time I’ve gone in the past few months has been fresh, well made, tacos full, even the nacho chips are better. The staff is friendly. I thought it was a fluke thing but I keep going and every time it’s great
This was a horrible experience. The lady was took at least 4 minutes to answer the drive thru. I had to ask if they were open. She was RUDE. AND THEN THE FOOD WAS GROSS AND UNPRESENTABLE.
