I can appreciate that the food was warm and fresh and the staff was all polite and helpful. However this location needs a refresh. I had to switch seats because the booth I first chose was sticky. People kept coming in to heckle the staff and then would just leave, which made dining in a less enjoyable experience, and I'm sure was frustrating for the workers as well. Some TLC would do this location a lot of good.
1 worker avoided working until we noticed. And my food was slightly over cooked. The beans were definitely burnt, and dry.besides that it was cool.
I had a really bad experience. I waited like 30–45 minutes for my order, even though I only got three things. I asked for a grilled cheese burrito, but instead of making it right, they just put shredded cheese on top of it. Also, workers had a kid running around the restaurant, and that made the place feel kinda messy and not very professional. Overall, the long wait, wrong order, and bad vibe made it a pretty bad experience. I hope they do better.
