Hands down the best in the city!!
When you call in an order it takes just as long as if you went to resteraunt and placed the order. The wait time is unnerving.
The food is always amazing.

Darou Salam African Halal Restaurant serves delicious Senegalese cuisine at a great value. The Maffe, with peanut butter sauce and meat over white rice, remains a popular choice and can be enough for two meals. Other favorites include the nem, a Senegalese eggroll, and the jollof and lamb. The Dibi Lamb with rice is a hit, and the whole fish is a great option. The food from Darou Salam is incredibly yummy, with everything made fresh, leading to a short wait that is worth it. Plantains, Dibi Lamb, and fish are go-to dishes for many customers. While some dishes can be inconsistent, the restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with a chill, laid-back vibe. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, though the outdoor patio may accommodate more than just Darou Salam guests, which could affect seating availability during busy times. The order counter is clean, typically operated by friendly staff, and the nice low lighting sets a pleasant mood. Overall, Darou Salam is a great spot for a delicious and satisfying meal, with excellent food and friendly service.
