I was doing a job down the street and stopped in to grab a bite. As I'm looking at the menu this woman walked in and headed for the bathroom. She was rudely informed that restrooms were for paying customers only.
Standard taco bell. The food was decent and standard as far as taco bell goes. Has a long wait time though so id reccomend ordering online ahead of time.

I don’t know if they went through a management/ownership/staff change or what but they went from worst Taco Bell in cincy to best. Every time I’ve gone in the past few months has been fresh, well made, tacos full, even the nacho chips are better. The staff is friendly. I thought it was a fluke thing but I keep going and every time it’s great
