Been coming here, for about 6 years since I was in high school. Everyone knows the drive thru at this location is tiny. I have to pull my F-150xl truck, at a wider angle in order to fit back to where they take the orders. But I have never had a problem. I guess they were bored and wanted drama, so they never took my order and I sat there waiting for 10 minutes until when another person pulled behind me and had to wait too, I pulled up to the window to talk to them. and the unpleasant drive thru lady said I didn’t register even tho they were sitting inside watching me sit there. I’m not even mad just wanted everyone who sees this to know this location just isn’t good workers anymore unfortunately. I wasn’t surprised to see all the other recent bad reviews it makes sense.

stale food at night so probably expired i’ve worked in that environment before northern kentuckys taco bell’s is far better because they are actually managed and maintained. lady said i couldn’t substitute the burrito but after the time i spent working there that’s an absolute lie. horrible customer service today at 11:00 am just wanted something to eat and she was completely rude. if i was that gm i would fire employees but they defend this behavior hopefully no one gets sick !

I came through the drive thru at 8:00pm Sunday and sat in that drive thru for 40 mins I will never come back to taco bell on delhi ever again and I hope everyone else is smart enough not to give them your money cause they always are that slow no matter what time of day. POOR MANAGEMENT...

They got my order completely wrong and they added things on their own that I didn't even order everything was not even a quarter full I wouldn't recommend this to my enemy. As completely kind and I didn't mind paying and they gave me a small drink even though I ordered a large drink as an upcharge $3 My girlfriend clearly stated she didn't want beans and they still added it! throughout everything!!! Somehow the chips tasted burnt too. I've been a cook for many places in my life and even a GM and this kind of laziness really bothers me the chips even tasted burnt and idk how they even accomplished that unless they don't change their oil or left them with a pile of burnt food and picked out the rest!

Waited a total of FOURTY SEVEN MINUTES for cold, not fresh, and, HORRIBLE tasting food! It was beyond apparent they're in desperate need of good, and, RELIABLE HELP!

I got nachos and they tasted as if they had been fried in old oil. The portion was great and the ingredients were great but the nacho chips didn’t taste fresh.
