I tried something different on this visit. I got a double beef burrito with a little rice, jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes. That's it. No cheese, or anything else.It was horrible. The jalapenos were very hot (which I like), but they were piled on. It was a crazy amount. So I removed some and had a few with my nachos.And then I tried the burrito. OMG, something was wrong. Very wrong. Something tasted horrible. Had to be the rice or the tomatoes. But who would have thought?I tried removing them both, and that helped a little, but ultimately I ended up throwing 85% of it away.I told my wife how bad it was and told her I hoped she didn't want Taco Bell anytime soon. I'm just not sure I could go back after that. Maybe. It would take some convincing to try it again.

I ordered $40 worth of food waited a hour with 1 other person in line. Food was cold. quesadilla wasn’t even cut. missing half my order when I got home. This place is ridiculous. And food was nasty to.was like eating straight tortilla.

Whoever the crew was on 2/7/24 at 8PM you guys did an amazing job! Everything was portioned perfectly. It was hot. I didn’t get skimped on anything. It tasted good. I didn’t open my taco and have to sigh in defeat because lack of beef or cheese like I normally do. The young lady at the register was polite and cheerful. You guys are the A crew for sure. Keep it up.

I've been there twice and both times they had bad attitudes . They also had the food sitting there for ten minutes, wouldn't bring the food to me. I had to bang on the window forever until they finally gave me the food. Some people need to be fired there. Red Bank Rd location is terrible. Hate abounds there.

This is the worst taco bell in the United States, customer service is the worst I ever seen. I always wonder why they have now hiring signs. I actually put in a application in at this location called several times to speak with the GM. So I decided to see for myself and walk in and order food early in the morning there two women running around complaining they had no help and I remember I applied for the morning shift and the unprofessionalism I seen and poor customer service I got and they got my order wrong. I'm so thankful I didn't get hired here. The GM needs to be fired and this location need shut down immediately
