I didn't know how to get their computerized menu to work efficiently to place order to go.
There was a register right there. I walked up to ask if I could just ordered verbally. The guy said no. He didn't offer to help me or even check to see if it was malfunctioning in general.
Smallest bean burrito ever and just liquid like refried beans that made it difficult to eat on the go.

Around 2:50 pm on 8/11/25, I went to the Drive-Thru to order my food. I was nice and so was the employee at first. She repeated my order and asked if it was correct. I said yes except for the chips and dip that was on the screen. I didn’t order that. She snapped at me and was very rude saying the screen is not working and that is why she repeated my order to me. She then repeated my order back to me very nasty and with a bad attitude. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and to cancel the order. While I was driving off, condescendingly she said okay and have a great day. I don’t know what warranted her attitude and if the screen is not properly working, the employee should say that in the beginning. My daughter was in the car and didn’t understand why the employee was so mean and rude to me. Please train your employees on customer service, how to speak to people and also please fix the Drive-Thru screen if it truly is not working.

As far as atmosphere, hey, it's a Taco Bell. Even though it's not chef worthy Mexican food, it's tasty, and I always enjoy it. 2 sandwiches, chips and cheese, and a drink for $5. Can't beat it.
