They pull everyone in the drive thru around immediately to cheat on their drive thru timers
Here’s an idea let the timer be long and make the owner hire enough people to run your restaurant and give customers the service they pay for

Service is phenomenal! (I know, I'm shocked, too - that's why I'm writing a review). They've got jokes, good spirits, and they remembered my dog's name! The food is also good and correct.

They messed up my order twice and messed up my husbands order. I work in a restaurant, so I understand that sometimes tickets get misread, not understood, etc. But both of our orders were simple and asked not to put one ingredient on both of our food and both of our meals had everything on them.

Stopped by to pick up some take out. I walked up to the counter and was told by a worker ( I use this term lightly) I had to order at the kiosk. I asked if it accepted cash - "No,order and pay at the counter". I guess she was too busy slurping on her drink to take my order. No cars at the drive thru and 1 person waiting for an order inside.
If the employees are too lazy to take an order and the franchise owners approve of this policy, I don't need to do business with this location. I believe this franchise has changed ownership over the last year or so and it is much worse than it used to be. It will be a pleasure to see it close up in a couple years.

I went to the drive-thru and a strange homeless man was walking around a drive-thru as I was putting the order in I felt very uncomfortable
Vegetarian options: They went happy to replace your beef with beans
Things are so expensive anymore n gone the days of 269 butrito supreme... The .was like 3.79 or so. Today was 5.99. Are you serious. Also taco supreme are now 2.99... that is amost 10 dollars for this mean?? I remember oaying 99 cents for tacos and burritos

When I’m forced to take extra time punching in my own order when I only have 30 minute lunch and I drive 8 minutes to get lunch and I’m looked at like I’m stupid because I wanted him to take our order plus one of my guys can’t read good in English but I helped and it took longer than we expected is unacceptable
