Our server stole from us. She took a $15 tip that she did not deserve. They refunded it after we called to complain. They said they would “talk” to her. This is disgusting that you can’t trust anyone server.
Taglio was TERRIBLE. Ordered 4 pizzas for carryout for a family gathering. Was told the order would be ready in 50 minutes but it was twice that. Leads me to believe they didn't even start our order until I arrived to pick it up. Was constantly misled about the status of the order. Meanwhile, we've got a house full of guests waiting. Pizza was completely raw dough and inedible. Emailed pictures to give them a chance to make it right and received no response. It’s a shame because I’ve been a customer for years but I won’t be returning after this experience with no customer service.
