We waited for over 15 minutes without a server coming over. Walked back to host stand to inform of the issue. Another over five minutes to have someone then come to even take the order. Matter-of-fact handling of the long delay.

Server dropped our food off and then never came back to check on us. We tried to tell her our crepe was burnt on the bottom. The manager was then sent over and she was incredibly condescending, saying “well have you had a crepe before?” And “when I looked at it I didn't see it was burnt.” She only took half off for a disgusting crepe that we didn't eat. On top of it all the AC wasn't working. Terrible experience and they weren't even busy!

They told us it would be a 30 minute wait and after waiting 40 min we went back inside and asked and they were able to seat us which leads me to believe they had forgotten about us. The waffles are TINY (prob 3 in diameter) which is not made clear anywhere. Rest of the food was fine but nothing special. Also the restaurant itself was SO. HOT. and we were all sweating the whole meal.

Table was not available when we arrived. Waited 20 mins, walk ins seated before us, no air conditioning- so hot. Waited 50 mins for food, half never came. No comp offered. Miserable experience.

We had a wonderful brunch here while visiting from out of town! The chicken and waffles is an absolute *must* at this place. Best version of chicken and I waffles I have had. Their waffles are the perfect Belgian style waffle and very rich in flavor, perfect texture. Service was also excellent and the restaurant is in a very cool area by the river. Definitely worth a visit!

Great food! Just what I was craving. Food took a little longer expected, but that was fine. We were chatting. Server did a nice job and she was busy.

Previously only had chicken and waffles. Waitress was extremely helpful with menu and suggesting beers. Had the beltucky hot brown and it was delicious

Our server made sure we were taken care of. Food was amazing, best waffles ever!

Since they declared bankruptcy, the quality of the service seems to have declined. So far, I haven't noticed any changes to the food itself, but the service has been much slower and we've seen more mistakes on our receipts. Maybe they're short-staffed and trying to cut costs, so they've reduced service. The food is still good—that's the bright spot. Overall, though, the experience isn't what it used to be. It's hard to get a server's attention, it takes a long time to place an order, and getting drink refills can be difficult. Even getting the final check seems to take much longer than before. We always end up spending more time there than we planned because the service is so slow.

We were in town for an event and chose this spot since it was close by. What a great choice because the food and service were both excellent!
