I went to this place on 3/13/2025 I order the chilly with rice and the steak tips and the food was not hot at all. I sent the chilly back first and I t came.back hot like it supposed the be. But the meat was not hot at all. Not going back

Second update: we have them a chance for redemption. Not good. The steak I got the second time was mostly fat. It’s a shame. I attached pics of the second one too.
UPDATE : I got a call from someone at Texas Roadhouse. They offered to give us another meal. I’ll update this review when we give a second chance.
Ordered 2 steak dinners to go. Neither was really edible. Too much fat in both steaks. And neither was cooked properly. The picture attached is a medium well.

The music was so loud it was making me sick to my stomach. We had to watch a group of middle aged women, that work there, line dance. That's fun 🙄 definitely won't be back.

For being absolutely slammed at 8 pm on a Friday night the food was phenomenal, but what was even better was our server, Autumn. She has to be hands down one of the best servers I've ever had. Very pleased with this evening.

I ordered a grilled bbq chicken and it was burnt. I've come to expect this menu to be juicy and tender but it was just so difficult to chew and even to cut into with the steak knife. I'm disappointed to see the way this location cooks it.
The front desk staff seemed a little scrambled considering how unusually empty the restraunt was but our server was very attentive and helpful.

Never had their steak before. I usually get something else. I did not think it could compare to like Eddie Merlots steak, but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't like too many seasonings and salt. It was perfect and was also cooked perfectly. I had NY Strip. Jack was our server and he was great. Very attentive and friendly and on the ball.
