We came on a Sunday at 7:15. We were informed (after we ordered and the server went to enter it) they had no prime rib. Not that they had run out (which happens), not that they didn't have my temp (that also happens). But they didn't have it all day. Something the staff probably should have been made aware of. My wife and I then ordered filets, food finally comes, and the runner says it's a sirloin, not filet. Blames the waiter. The runner says they will get our waiter. 15 minutes later, he comes to the table and blames the kitchen. I offer my steak to my wife. She doesn't like rare (she gets medium rare), so I eat mine while she watches. I have mine finished before they bring hers. She finally gets hers, and it's got a lot of sinew and is very chewy. Overall, the service was slow, and the food was mediocre.

My waitress was pleasant. I enjoyed a raspberry ice tea, steak,broccoli, and sweet potato. Generous portion served quickly and warm. The rolls are so fresh and dance on your taste buds good.

Poor service. The hostess were completely unorganized. I notified them several times I wasn’t receiving text messages from them. And they failed to assist me and my family properly. A 25-35 min wait turned in to an hour. They were super unprofessional and continued seating people who came in after us even after I told them NUMEROUS times. Why have 4-5 hostess if they can’t handle it

We had the most phenomenal takeout experience! Being able to order through the link and specify a pickup time was very helpful. The ordering process was seamless allowing all substitutions and removal of items. Then the pickup process was flawlessly right on time. The pickup window was very accessible and the text for when it was ready was right on our requested time. The team of employees had diligent attention to detail to ensure all items were included. The innovation to separate hot and cold and put each topping in individual containers was very much appreciated! The food was delicious and made the whole experience even better! Thank you Texas Roadhouse!
