I took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner. Everything was wonderful: food, service, and being able to pay on the kiosk at the table is something every restaurant should do!

1) An undercooked potato 2) a bowl of Chili served with a flimsy, plastic spoon. Chili also contained a large mushroom and a green bean inside. 3) Burnt bread rolls. 4) and, a charred 6 oz. Filet without any flavor.
A couple next to us sent their food back at least 3 times. So, this problem was not exclusive to us. The food was the worst I have ever encountered at a roadhouse. Extremely disappointed.

Food was good but one of the steaks was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done . We sent it back and 20 minutes later it was made right . My only problem was that the manager brought it out and instead of comping her meal he asked if we wanted to order another round . Very poor customer service by the manager especially after spending $200 + it’s just poor management.

Food was solid, didnt have many issues with it. Now the atmosphere and service on the other hand are entirely in the middle. Moreso because we went on a Friday night and I understand its busy, but the server also told me they kept forgetting about us and turned a 1 hour venture into about a 2 and a half. If you like the food then id say go, but definately avoid busy times as youll be more aggravated. Also the music, the music is extremely loud and you have to yell to talk to someone. If they turned that down a notch then it would be better but for now its 3 stars

I would say it's like going to McDonald's or Taco Bell to get a steak or ribs. My prime rib looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. My wife's ribs were the same. Dry, greasy, and it just felt like whomever made then took no pride in their craft. No attention to detail, just mass production. If you go to a real restaurant then you quickly realize the difference in a chain, money producer and a real dining experience. Sad, I used to really love this place. Not to mention the music is so loud you cannot talk to anyone at your table.
