This is the only place in the city that I know where you can get coffee flavored soft serve ice cream and man is it good! It's super creamy and has a great coffee flavor. They have some pretty unique flavors of soft serve but I can't get away from the coffee.The young ladies that work there are always very kind and friendly. I go here at least twice every summer for the last few years. It's just a couple of short blocks from a great view of the city also!
Got the turtle sundae with strawberry ice cream, which was fantastic. But the really amazing one was the chai tea ice cream dipped in chocolate. The young man manning the place was very friendly, and he ran in the rain to hand me my order rather than have me walk over in the rain to the pickup window. The atmosphere is very nice to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Will definitely be back!
To be honest, we were pretty let down after reading all the reviews hyping this place up. We dont live close to Bold Face and it was on the opposite side of town, but after reading all the reviews, we decided to try it out. My Dad got the chocolate soft serve dipped in chocolate, my mom got pistachio dipped in chocolatw, and I decided to something new and get blueberry dipped in blue raspberry.
