Coolest place with superb staff! Took my chocolate lab, and we are both life time fans after the first visit! I went on a day that was busy with lots of kids also enjoying the sweet treat. After I placed my order, several children came over to pet my dog. (No problem, she is super friendly) However, while entertaining the kids with my dog- I didn’t hear them call my order. I sat around for maybe another 15-20 minutes watching people come and order and go and I was wondering...
This is the only place in the city that I know where you can get coffee flavored soft serve ice cream and man is it good! It's super creamy and has a great coffee flavor. They have some pretty unique flavors of soft serve but I can't get away from the coffee.The young ladies that work there are always very kind and friendly. I go here at least twice every summer for the last few years. It's just a couple of short blocks from a great view of the city also!
Got the turtle sundae with strawberry ice cream, which was fantastic. But the really amazing one was the chai tea ice cream dipped in chocolate. The young man manning the place was very friendly, and he ran in the rain to hand me my order rather than have me walk over in the rain to the pickup window. The atmosphere is very nice to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Will definitely be back!
