The Coffee Exchange of Pleasant Ridge

The coffee here is amazing and the staff here are always so welcoming. Not just that, but they have a bunch of board games my friends like to play while we are there! The baked goods are always fresh and they always have a good selection! Coffee Exchange will always be my go to coffee shop!

I drove an hour to try this coffee shop, it was pouring and extremely windy. Come to find out they were closed for maintenance even though the website said otherwise. Extremely disappointed and frustrating.

My dentist office orders from Coffee Exchange very frequently and we have never had a bad experience. We love Coffee Exchange! The girls in there are always so sweet and our multiple orders are made within 10 min - if that. Highly recommend.

My favorite place to get coffee. So many options at great prices! Beautiful, large space to work or meet friends. Love this place!

Parking: Not a lot of spots but I’ve never had an issue getting one. If the lot is full, there is street parking that is easily accessible.

Delicious! I've been thinking about the Iced Caramel Colada since yesterday. This is a wonderful shop with plenty of space to relax, visit, or work. My favorite spot I've found in Cincy so far. Although it's on the opposite side of town from me, I'll definitely be back.

Fast and friendly service. I had an iced chai latte that was phenomenal! will be back.

Nice staff and decent coffee what is frustrating is the day care like atmosphere when you came to a coffee shop to get some work done. I don’t have a problem with kids being there it’s just when they outnumber the adults and there are toddlers and young kids running around unattended and loud. It is frustrating and unfortunately is not something that is easy to ignore when you’re trying to focus.

Great drinks. Great atmosphere, typically. Fast service and great workers. Tables and chairs are always clean. No complaints!!

Vegetarian options: They sell drinks, which (hopefully) don’t have meat. They might have some snacks with meat but almost everything should be vegetarian.

Parking: There is a small parking lot behind which can be pretty crowded. If you walk like I usually do it’s not a problem though.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of games and drinks which aren’t coffee, like smoothies.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t think there are any stairs so a wheelchair should easily get in if it can fit through the door.

Came here for the 1st time other than the 1 other time I got it to go 2 years ago. Loved the environment and staff were all super kind. I came in to study and had my service dog with me. Everyone was super respectful of him as well. Great study environment and super quiet but has good study music going in the background. I had a Peanut Butter Fluff Latte that was amazing and a slice of coffee cake. All for just $5 which is a great deal now days for coffee shops. Only downside was at about 2-2:30 pm all the school kids started to flood in and it got quiet loud so I ended up leaving. Definitely a good study environment just go in the morning/during lunch for a more quiet visit.
