Great place to hangout! Never too crowded. Laid back chill vibe. Feels like you’re hanging at a friends basement bar!

People smoke indoors, openly, including the bartender. The bartender cannot mix drinks. It's like your drunk uncle invited you to a party in his garage, and his wife keeps hitting on you. Weird vibe, not inviting, will not return and do not recommend. After I left, I looked it up and see that the building is for sale. Good riddance. OTR can do better.
