Everything about my experience picking up a ham here was exceptional.

My mother purchased a ham, which she needed me to pick up for her. Upon arrival I got front row parking. Parking area is large enough for multiple businesses. I was met at the door with a smile, and the nice lady directed me to the appropriate line. (Pre-paid vs not) I waited in line less than 2 minutes before heading to the counter to provide the confirmation number to the cashier. The cashier...

My son loves the sandwiches here, but I really do not like going when the young guy is working. First he charges me an extra 3.00 for my son sandwich, he's not friendly. A place can have the best food but if service acts a certain way it can turn customers away.

While we enjoyed the hams, the "fully cooked whole turkeys" were less than appealing. We ordered 2 half hams, 2 whole "fully cooked" turkeys. We warmed up from 9:15am-12:45pm at 350 degrees. Our turkeys were still bloody by the bone as we sliced it. The manager, Hitect, told me we should have had a thermometer to test it as well as bring in the bloody carcass and meat! I tried to compromise with him but he was very rude! I said just comp us for 1 turkey and...
