Via Vite is Italian food at its finest. We have been going there for many years and it is the preferred location for everyone in the family to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and special events. I love every plate they have (and have probably eaten all of them). Just be sure to book well in advance, they are always busy!

Via Vite is a highly recommended restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience. The service is efficient and pleasant, with staff providing attentive and personalized attention to customers' requests. The atmosphere is comfortable, allowing for easy conversation without the distraction of over-loud music. The menu features delicious dishes, including outstanding pasta and classic Italian favorites like bolognese and eggplant parmesan. Recent reviews highlight the restaurant's great food, especially the octopus, agnolotti, veal ricotta meatballs, focaccia bread, yellow pepper soup, and lasagna, which was compared favorably to those in Rome. Customers appreciated the quality of the wine, noting great pairings, although there was a mention of a mislabeling issue with a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine. Many enjoyed celebrating special occasions, with the staff making guests feel special. The overall experience is enjoyable and memorable, with many planning to return to try more unique dishes. While some found the prices high and the food average, the free bread and the quality of the dining experience were highlighted positively. Via Vite continues to provide a consistently good atmosphere, service, and food, making it a valuable destination in Cincinnati. Recent reviews mention excellent food, such as braised lamb shank and cavatelli porcini, with pasta cooked perfectly al dente. Guests noted that salads were forgotten or not entered, but this did not detract from the overall positive experience. The staff and chef are described as very nice and informative, with food and drinks rated 10/10, encouraging repeat visits. The restaurant is praised for authentic Italian cuisine, with dishes like octopus, piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese, arancini cacio e pepe, and risotto frutti di mare, all considered outstanding.
