Guy on duty came out making threats at someone even though no one I saw had antagonized him then made rude comments at myself and frjend. Never did come to the window to do an order. Do not go.

Employees were asleep at 630 am when I arrived no hand washing was done after the order was placed before cooking ,one worker was asleep in a running car out front the other worker was asleep in the dining

Great staff, food was hot and prompt. Typical WH experience....but solid people on the floor, Including my "retired" waitress. She is a Jem. Hopefully managment sees how many times she takes up for the staff!. Rest of the staff was fine. But a working Grandmother....thats something special mgmt should recognize. Mopped the place front to back unprompted while serving tables!!!!

First time ever visiting Cincinnati and enjoyed my breakfast here! Food wasn't so much as I ordered the special for $10 and was pleased. Everything tasted good and the service was excellent. Especially Diora G as she helped us throughout our whole experience here and made us feel welcome.

The two gentleman tonight were extremely patient with my choice .. I wasn't attempting to be difficult just wanted my food a ceryoway and the cook definitely delivered.. I normally do not care for shredded home fries but these are seasoned perfectly full of flavor by far the best I've had in a long while.. my hostess was very polite and helped me with my choice.. I'm not from here but the first impression these two delived will defuhave me as a return customer... ThankYOU I apologize for not getting their names.
I found this Waffle House to being clean and tidy and the food was great and the people were friendly and helpful I hope to become a regular
