I come in every weekend i usually see the same 3 or 4 girls serving the customers and going with the flow, but that short redhead women(cook) speaks to these girls with the most mean and hateful (words)facial expression Ive ever seen in my life! and they take it time after time but tonight i witness a madhouse and total of 3 walking out all over this women they have to get tired of this treatment because I am!!!! this is my ONLY reason why I giving a review, I will no longer bring my family and close friends here if that women will be working. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! ask all your workers in private who they think is hard to deal and get along with!!! Please report back!!!!

Came in this morning to place a to go order. Every single employee is smiling and nice. They all said good morning walking in. Everything is clean. They tell everyone have a good day that is leaving. Unbelievable. Great sense of community 👏 the waffles and biscuits and gravy were awesome! thanks. God bless

There wasn't a line this morning so we didn't skip WH. Dad ordered the pork chops with hash browns and grits. I got the cheese steak eggs and hash. Unnecessarily noisy and something about the place just feels off. Had a difficult time talking because of the noise. No fighting at least.
Our waitress was so very kind to my kiddos and patient! She got our order correct and it came out fast. And it was great to hear they have chicken sausage patties now!

stopped by this waffle house after a concert at riverbend & it seems like everyone else at riverbend had the same idea too! they were BUSY!! but the staff on the late night shift (jen/freeman/and only ONE COOK) were in great spirits and still managed to keep everything speedy & efficient despite being FULL with a line out the door and online orders still getting cooked. LOVE this waffle home <3
