Food was delicious, great service however I really don't appreciate being talked to while I'm trying to eat. The waitress was giving me her life story and troubles nearly the entire time I was there. I get it and I get the hustle but we all are going through it. Plus that was my unwinding time to relax and enjoy my meal.

food was absolutely amazing!! it’s just that i believe an employees kid was running around the restaurant coughing and coming up to customers. it personally made me uncomfortable

Went for breakfast around 930 on a Saturday. Restraunt wasn't busy when we came in. We waited 10 to place our order. The server didn't call it to the cooks. 2 other tables came in party of 4. Their food was called in before ours. After waiting 35 min we paid for our beverages and left. Never got our food. Very disappointed

Completely horrible! There were workers sitting on their phone when there were tables that needed to be cleaned off. I had waited for 20 mins before we freaking cleaned off the table ourselves. Literally moved the dishes to another table that wasn’t cleaned off either and asked someone to wipe it down thank god for him he was super sweet. Now our server she had the worst attitude ever! Sorta tall skinny girl with long dark hair. She was definitely too high to function correctly. We had asked for a coffee and a water right off the bat after waiting 10 mins for the server to even come over to see us. She got the coffee but never got the water. She forgot the spoons and the half and half. Then we had asked once again for our waters and she never ever got them. She had three tables with like 3 people at one and 2 at another and there were 2 of us. So we waited and waited trying to get her attention she finally came over to take our order still haven't gotten our waters. We asked once again. We waited and waited. We got so irritated, she never came over to check on us at all not even one time. So we left. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at waffle house every time i’ve gone it’s been a great experience with great food! Ruined my whole day.

I went to waffle house at 3 In the morning And strangely enough, the food was on par, if better than a average waffle house. But I don't want to hear anyone complaining about the service, tho. Go there at 3am If you had a bad experience, It's like a mosh pit in the line. But The will to get a all star special overrides pain. This image might as well be what happened. Either that or you will get the rare Business scenario where everyone is more well mannered than normal. I experienced that once. It was strange. People were talking and eating, AND THERE WAS NO LOUD PLATE CLINKING. Odd. It's rare to encounter though. But Other than the first scenario, you're experiences aren't even that bad. Try eating INSIDE next time, you didn't even go in. Also That worker that made a complaint was most likely under 25 and is upset that they have to get up at 3 in the morning everyday to serve people like you who don't even eat in. Honestly what did you expect.
