I ordered the food on the app when I pulled up to pick it up and the person at the drive through told me I have to come in. As I walked in they were bagging the food up and the only 2 people inside. I didn't really understand why he couldn't have passed it to me through the window since there were no cars behind me.

I would like to recognize two young ladies and the GM at this location. There was an irate customer and they handled it so professionally, it was amazing to see. The young lady, Boo B (with the locs), was extremely professional and pleasant, Even after the customer was rude to her. The GM, handled the situation, and rather than match the energy of the irate customer, he took care of her, and she was pleased. So I did a review 2 days ago about no service in the morning. I went there this morning and have the csr my card to pay for my order. He looked at my card and knew I reviewed them and told me he'd be on time for now on. What the hell? I'm a target now, I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! This is beyond unprofessional. I am done. I don't care if you have sales I don't care if you're employees ever show up. I will frequent Frisch's here on out. This...
