Waited at the drive through for 20 minutes before getting food. They had no mayo. They had no scorching hot sauce. Then I get home and find out they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of my Asiago chicken sandwich… and this is not the first time getting horrible service. Never, NEVER go here.

Paid with apple pay. Cashier kept my phone. They tried to give me a kids meal bag with no food only a toy. When I did receive the food, it was all wrong. Once I got home and realized they still had my phone, I went back up there. Walked in to see them standing there playing with my phone. I complained for them to just act like none of it was a big deal.

I give this two stars instead of 1 only because when I actually got my correct food, it was hot and tasted good.

I waited 17 minutes at the drive thru window until 2 cars in front of me pulled up and I was still sitting there with no one answering the kiosk. Finally I pulled around when there was no one between me and the window.

I got up to the window and they asked me what I ordered, and I told them that I didn't order.Because no one asked me what I wanted. Then they took my order at the window. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo plain with only cheese and bacon, large with fries, and a lemonade, and I was trying to order a six piece nugget, but she cut me off and told me what my total was. I told her I wasn't finished ordering.And gave her the rest of my order for a six piece nugget with ranch, and then told her that was it.

She took my card and then handed me the lemonade.And I waited at the window for another couple of minutes while they got my food ready.

When they handed me my food, I sat in the drive through window and took everything out to make sure it was all right.And the baconator was not plain so I sent that back and they finally came back out with the correct food.

In total, I wasted thirty five minutes at this restaurant. Management and staff need more training and supervision to ensure that they are doing their job on night shift. It was not busy. There was no one in dine-in and only 3 cars in DT.

On Oct 24 2025 , I witnessed a traumatic event involving someone else’s food. I was inside waiting on a DoorDash and saw one of the Wendy’s employees drop food on floor. I’m assuming the woman wearing a blue collar shirt was the manger; because she was upset with the employee that he dropped the food. With slight hesitation she picked up the food, And place the food back in the oil. I couldn’t believe my eyes because you would think they would value the safety of the customers. I would no longer come to this Wendy’s or recommended anyone either . I feel like this woman should be talked to about the mistake she made. No one should have to see that; The fact of the matter is I can’t unsee it . My kids have eaten here before. To the People Please be cautious on where you eat!

We stopped at this location on the way back to Cincinnati. It's not a location we go to normally. We ordered 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, both were cold and hard, the cheese wasn't melted. The bun was stale. The large fry we ordered was cold and undercooked. After reading all the other complaints, why is this place still open? They're going to make people sick.
