My husband picked up food in the drive thru and brought it home. I got a Cobb salad. Lettuce, tomato, cheese, chicken. No eggs! No bacon! No crispy onions! No napkins, no fork! Called to complain but NO ANSWER! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

These fools couldn't get a $5 dollar biggie bag right , literally 3 items plus a drink . I got a jbc with nothing but burnt burger , burnt bacon and cheese on it (not what I asked for , I wanted a regular jbc with lettuce , tomato and mayo ) . On top of that I didnt even get my nuggets and my fries tasted like they sat under the heat lamp for an hour . Tried to call (several times ) and they wouldn't even answer. Clearly theyre not busy doing their jobs correctly so there's no excuse. I didnt even want to give them one star but thats the only way it would let me post .

Place was enpty... floors were wet.. picked food to go... burger tastes dried up... fries were stale. Chicken nuggets were cold and hard. Worst Wendy's experience I've had. Money waisted.

The manager and the drive thru attendant were super awesome. I had 2 salads that had no chicken on them 2 days ago and they replaced them with no problem. They were super nice and took great care of me. Way to turn a negative into a positive

I always come here for lunch as I work down the street from this location. Today when I came and got my lunch all was well but an hour later I noticed I had a $50 charge from a cvs in California and I don’t shop at cvs. Be careful when you use your bank card at this location someone is scamming someone and when I tried to call to speak to a manager nobody answered the phone. I have added photos of the proof and different locations of the transactions.

I have no idea what happened this week but this restaurant has gone down hill. The white manager is so rude every time I was coming at night mainly because they were doing good but this week has been bad so I tried the morning and the white manager had a attitude about everything I went through the drive through and had to come in and ask for a few things and she made it seem like she had a problem
