The manager and the drive thru attendant were super awesome. I had 2 salads that had no chicken on them 2 days ago and they replaced them with no problem. They were super nice and took great care of me. Way to turn a negative into a positive

I always come here for lunch as I work down the street from this location. Today when I came and got my lunch all was well but an hour later I noticed I had a $50 charge from a cvs in California and I don’t shop at cvs. Be careful when you use your bank card at this location someone is scamming someone and when I tried to call to speak to a manager nobody answered the phone. I have added photos of the proof and different locations of the transactions.

I have no idea what happened this week but this restaurant has gone down hill. The white manager is so rude every time I was coming at night mainly because they were doing good but this week has been bad so I tried the morning and the white manager had a attitude about everything I went through the drive through and had to come in and ask for a few things and she made it seem like she had a problem

We had ordered through the app. The guys weren’t in uniform or were wearing sweatpants. We waited at least 10mins on a pick up. I saw at least two go outside and smoke. I hope they washed their hands. As I was leaving I saw a team member get out of a blue sedan and a big puff of weed smelling smoke came out. I will probably go another Wendy’s in the future.

The lobby is open but we were told they are only doing drive thru right now at 12:30 in the afternoon. Then they rush you through your order. After you pay they are telling everyone to park in a spot. Pretty sure it is to keep their time at the window down. This is a sad place to come. Should have gone to another location. Pulled in and there was a car waiting for their food. The car in front of us was told to pull forward. Another car was told to park in a spot. Now there are three of us that have placed orders and we are all waiting in a parking spot waiting on food
Normally, I have an OK experience and the food is been good, but this morning I got barely any egg in my burrito and the whole thing was cold when I got it. You can see in the picture that the cheese is not even melted. Receipt tells me that I was supposed to get two Cholula Packets but I got nothing.
