This Wendy's location truly sucks. Not only does the place look run down, but the food and service is even worse. Went through drive thru, lady rudely made me wait to order for over 5 minutes. They gave me the wrong sandwich, and the fries were cold and tasted terrible. Steer clear away from this place!

I ordered a biggie bag with a large drink, and an additional 6pc nugget, and recived a small drink and I am missing my nugget. The lady who took my order never gave me a receipt, and the lady had an attitude. I would highly advise not to order here after the lobby is close. Poor service, and a waste of money.

This Wendy’s is disgusting. The lady in the front was very slow acting and couldn’t comprehend anything . I asked for an oatmeal bar she told me there weren’t any even though I was looking dead at one but apparently it was old so i understand but instead she gave me a cookie that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t even going to tell me . I got it the car my chicken nuggets were stale! And the cookie was soaked… wasn’t sure why because I ordered nothing wet. Anyways it went in the garbage I suggest not wasting your money here .

This place has really gone downhill over the last 6 months or so. Used to be the fastest place in Delhi. Far from it now. Just sat at the speaker for 5+ minutes before anyone even said anything. Then another 10 minutes to get to the window. Then got pulled forward and sat there for another 5 minutes. Several cars behind me got out of line. Food itself was fine at least. ***Update: Still very hit or miss. This time, ordered 4 orders of nuggets but got none of my sauce. Also had to pull forward and wait several minutes despite no other cars in line.

We just ordered from drive throughout minutes ago and they completely gave us the wrong order, Incorrect burger with lettuce, Mayo (I specifically said no mayo) onions, not even a baconator, I said large fry they gave us medium size instead. Very unhappy with service and disappointed in workers failing to get our order right, Only thing right was the drink which is impossible to screw up but still.
Just picked up some food from here. Fries are cold, and look/taste like they’re a week old, the hamburgers weren’t made right. I got 2 orders of #1’s which is a Dave’s hot and juicy burgers, no lettuce or tomato’s on either one. I can honestly see why restaurants are closing down anymore.

Sat in the Drive-Thru line for a very long time. No excuse for it but it's constant at this Wendy's so if you're going to go to it, know that you're going to be in the drive-thru line for a while. And make sure the fries are hot.
