Workers seem confused and that their job is rocket science. Also can’t be bothered to answer the phone. I understand places get busy. But it wasn’t busy. Couldn’t put ice in my drinks or even fill them up all the way. Work on your quality control.

It's better than the glenway one by miles. However, I promise you, your order will always be wrong, and you will be waiting up to 30 minutes for it.

Every morning this week Wendy’s dining room hasn’t opened at 7am like their suppose to , but it allows me to put in a mobile order . I asked one of the employees why do it do it say they open at 7am if they don’t the old man with missing teeth got rude with me saying “it’s only 2 people in the restaurant “ then closed the door on my face . The black manager seen me coming to the door & instead of telling me the dine in is closed he ran to the back of the restaurant like a child . The customer service here sucks when the males work the woman are nice 0/10 don’t recommend eating here . If yal not opening up the dining room then change the hours online don’t be rude about it. Definitely will be my last time eating here ! I suggest you don’t even waste your time if you only have 2 people working that’s your problem not mine lol

They never greet you, or are ever friendly. They always forget sauces. The food is never anywhere near fresh. Half the time the order is wrong. Today I only get 3 nuggets, and no sauce with an old dry burger patty in my $5 biggie bag. I live in Price Hill and it's honestly more worth it to drive to Glenway.

Always the young crew in the evening
Fries are cold.. burger not fresh at all.. is the heat lamps working.. Dr pepper was flat.. idk but some these young brats..
Oh.. young n talked me into signature sauce cause had no barbecue..
I didn't get no sauce..maybe I'll try western hills wendys next.. if there is a next time 🙄🙄🙄🙄

They sell soda with no carbonation, they won't provide any sauces, even if you pay extra, and they don't listen to instructions for sandwiches. Will not waste my time with this location again.
