The late night shift workers at this location are amazing! So friendly, savvy, and customer oriented. If I order off the app, come through the drive thru, or dine in, it is all around amazing service!

They sell soda with no carbonation, they won't provide any sauces, even if you pay extra, and they don't listen to instructions for sandwiches. Will not waste my time with this location again.

I've been to some pretty grody Wendy's in my time but this one has to be the worst I've ever been to. The food is usually subpar -- when they're not out of half the menu in the first place -- and the interior is dingy, depressing and their soda machine doesn't even work. The staff are generally pretty courteous so I'll give them that, but I don't know how they can stand working in that place. I wish I had a decent Wendy's near me because it's usually my go-to for fast food but I have to drive all the way up to the one on Glenway if I want decent food.

waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get food that just smelled terrible. Like the hamburger meat smelled rotten. It went straight in the trash and I hope this place closes soon or gets new management.

This location must be having a culinary crisis - the food was a solid meh, at best & the fries were colder than my ex's heart. How can people justify the inflated increase in price but still be stingy about providing condiments. At least if you're raising your prices so much then pay your employees better & give out adequate condiments. Otherwise why is the increase in the price that much for? You don't offer any better or more services? The food is the same, & they still limit condiments like they're rare diamonds? It's as if the employees are being incentisized for giving out as few condiments as possible.  A large serving of fries demands more than two teeny packets of ketchup, Y'all need to stop being ketchup Nazis & give up the ketchup! It's not gold please give me more than two packets of ketchup

This Wendy's location truly sucks. Not only does the place look run down, but the food and service is even worse. Went through drive thru, lady rudely made me wait to order for over 5 minutes. They gave me the wrong sandwich, and the fries were cold and tasted terrible. Steer clear away from this place!

I ordered a biggie bag with a large drink, and an additional 6pc nugget, and recived a small drink and I am missing my nugget. The lady who took my order never gave me a receipt, and the lady had an attitude. I would highly advise not to order here after the lobby is close. Poor service, and a waste of money.

CASHIER NEEDED A MANAGERS FINGERPRINT. I STOOD THERE TIL THE GUY IN FRONT OF ME WALKED OUT. SHE'S EXPLAINING THEY DON'T HAVE A DOOR DASH ORDER 4 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN LOOKING FOR. IM STILL WAITING. SHE MOTIONS TO A SLEF TELLS THE DOOR DASHERS,LOOK OVER THERE. IM STILL WAITING. SOMEONE? FINISHES A BREAK AND COMES TO CLOCK BACK IN,SHE CAN'T SHE NEEDS THE SAME MANAGER. SO I LEFT. IS THE MANAGER ON SHIFT AT THIS TIME??? WHO KNOWS ?? WHO CARES. I LOVE ME SOME PENN STATION ANYWAY.
