Worst customer service you can get. Place is good when corporate was there yesterday and the second they are gone the place falls apart. Workers are frantic with not enough staff which leads to them being rude and quality of food and service ends up in the toilet.

Don't eat here. New management took over and they sent in a whole team of inbred managers "ms Rachel. Ms Noah. And Ms sage . And don't forget about the tall skinny guy named dakota "heads up dont send your minors to work here because dakota will harrass and flirt with the underage females and use his fake authority to make them bend over and clean by him ...They are very rude to customers and they sit back and smoke their vapes and make out with each 0ther laying on the hamburger bunsThey dig their hands in the frys and nuggets with no gloves and eats them. Please eat else where. I've called corporate and I have pictures and proof. Just waiting for a response back.

All I asked for was a water simply because I forgot my water at home. They then told me I have to buy something else to get the water… why couldn’t I just be charged for the water?? Like why would I waste food that I wasn’t going to eat.

I work nearby, so I've eaten here several times over the last couple of months and while the reviews normally make me steer clear of making a bad decision, I have to say that not once in my 3 recent Experiences have I been disappointed. The employees have always been friendly, my food correct, and hot/fresh. I've had a variety of items also. My new favorite though was the salad. That's what stuck out the most was how much chicken they put in the salad and how fresh the lettuce was. I would recommend here, and I'll be back! :)

Havent had a bad experience here before but today was horrible. Ordered my food and rolled up to the window. Paid for my food. Then proceeded to wait 20+ minutes. Was told the chicken sandwhiches needed 5 more minutes 2 different times. Was told to pull up to the sidewalk and wait for them to bring my food to me. Completely wasted my time. Im writing this while i wait inevitably for nothing.
Worst Wendy's ever. They always take forever. They make you wait at speaker 10 minutes or more before taking your order so they can falsify there drive thru times. Then I go to get a breakfast burrito and they are OUT OF BACON. I say no problem just give me sausage and they tell me that will be an UPCHARGE. I asked why and they said it will hurt there did cost. I said im not the one out of bacon forget it. Then the lady said bye all snotty. Will never go back.

Every single time I have ever went to this particular Wendy's I have had to wait forever, I've not once gotten my whole order, I've had issues with not getting refunded for items I paid for on the app & they ended up not having them once I arrived to pick them up, one employee is very rude, (not all of them, just the one), they never have the menu items available. I usually don't post bad reviews at all, but this place is not worth the hassle you have to go through every single time. I would never recommend this one!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the area. The last few times I have tried to go in the evening, they always say their system is down. I’ve seen people walking out with food…they just don’t want to work. One time they told me the system was down but magically started working when I told them I had a mobile order. No idea how this place stays open.
