The bathroom was destroyed and the service was not great and the lady in the cashier told to leave after I asked for extra ketchup packets
Charged us full price for our sodas, handed us waters then when we spoke up about it, she very rudely rolled her eyes and claimed that we only ordered waters. Gave us food that was cold. And this is isnt even the first time this has happened, just the latest. The customer service here could not be worse.
Despite the struggles of the entire staff , I admire their efforts to provide good service knowing the past extreme weather affect this location. Even though they tried to keep the appearance of the restaurant up to par ; however, as long as the young employees will do whatever it takes to make an effort which is 👍🏿👍🏿 and an A + in my opinion.
