White Castle used to be fantastic and now it has incredibly skinny French fries and the pickles are non existent. The chicken rings are hard and cold. Completely not worth it. Maybe it is just this location though. Will never go back to the 4010 Williams Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45255 location again.

I don't know what happened to customer service but there is not any at this store. Can't even get an employee to greet you or say sorry we will be with you as soon as possible! Wait forever for food so expect it to be fresh but no half the order sits there getting cold so the can drop something for that order and wait even longer. It's sad you pay that much for fast food and it would have been faster and cheaper to eat at home smh
It's food and it's open 24/7. Very rude and two faced staff. They literally talked crap about people after they left the drive thru with customers around. Only go to this location if you are dying of hunger and can't make it to Eastgate White Castle or the 24 hour Wendy's in Amelia.
