The cashier trying to have a conversation around my car in the drive thru and rolled her eyes because we continued to pull forward as if we should have waited for her to finish her conversation.

The manager should be fired. Everyone talks but does not work. Everyone is very slow. They say bad words and also smell marijuana.
Food we got was good, but we got handed our order in parts as if it was complete every time. “Here’s this part but we’re waiting on the fries” (but missing 4 other things from the order). Get the fries and other things from the order one by one, and then waited an additional 15~ minutes just for 3 regular sliders after being asked over 5 times by 3 different people what I was waiting on.
Pop machine has 50 choices, 48 are unavailable and no ice.
For 3 small meals, we were there for over 30 minutes waiting. Friends were done eating before I got my whole order, and the first part (chicken rings) was cold by the time I got the sliders. I wasn’t waiting again to get a drink after figuring out the machine has no working options.

I can understand a restaurant being busy during the night and food service being slower than normal. However I don’t think that in any way justifies letting a customer stand at the front counter for 20 minutes and the employees choosing to ignore them completely. At that point they really should just lock their doors and say they are closed. Very rude and disrespectful.
