This location ranks very high in service. The order is accurate and my meal is good.

Took 15 min to order. Cashier kept stopping in the middle of the order doing other things. We were pulled because the burgers were being cooked but when we got the order the fries were cold. Too much of a hassle to take it back.

First time ever trying White Castle and we stopped here on our way back from Columbus. It was on Father's Day evening and there was one young man who greeted us once we walked in the door. Everyone else were not very eager to work or be courteous. The service was still not as bad as the vibe that this place gives off. The food was very fresh, and the wait time was bad too.
