“Today was me second visit. The first time I went to the location in Springdale, OH. The place was small and seemed a little run down, but we are there because we weren't close to home. Waited for a while but the food was really good. Garlic parmesan wings are great, and so is the Louisiana dry rub. This time I got the garlic parmesan chicken sandwich. It was also really good. Only problem was I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5 PM. We got there shortly before that time and gave my name. After about five minutes I was told they just dropped my fries so it would only be a few minutes. Our food came about ten minutes later. Normally not a problem but we ordered earlier to try to plan for delays as we had a commitment at 5:45. We ended up being late for it. They also didn't give us an order of celery sticks we ordered for one dish instead of fries. Food was good, though.“
“I’m hoping I don’t jinx myself but I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings, I’ve ordered online here many times—from a simple six-piece boneless order to full family meals—and everything has always been up to my expectations. Sometimes, I even get picky and request a bunch of different sauces, and they always follow my instructions perfectly! The food is consistently great, and I’m really glad they’re so close to my job. Definitely one of my go-to spots for to go orders !“
“This place is good now. I think they had a new management change because a couple months prior, they were always backed up like crazy. If you placed an online order, you could easily wait an hour for your food even if you got an alert saying it was ready for pickup. And the food was questionable to say the least. Always had my wings cooked extra because almost every time, a wing would be pretty much raw. And the staff was extremely rude.Now, it’s totally different. Food gets cooked and ready on time, the place is clean, seems better managed, and there’s new people. And most importantly, the food is great now. The wings are cooked perfectly and taste amazing.“
“Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.“
“Kyla and her friend very unprofessional! Turned phones off so they didn't take any phone orders tonight. Between customers she's playing on her phone and whispering and laughing with other new girl with long braids. They both were rude when I asked why they not taking phone orders. I told her I was leaving bad review tonight. She refused to give me a receipt with my purchase. I may not come back to this location especially if these 2 characters are there so called working.“
