I placed order for 10 wings well cooked they came soggy. I ordered extra celery and carrots which I paid for and they didn’t come. I was not offered redelivery but charged delivery fee and service fee via door dash. I waited 45 minutes on hold with wing stop directly to resolve with no resolution. I was given return via door dash. Wingstop has no accountability.

I’m hoping I don’t jinx myself but I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings, I’ve ordered online here many times—from a simple six-piece boneless order to full family meals—and everything has always been up to my expectations. Sometimes, I even get picky and request a bunch of different sauces, and they always follow my instructions perfectly! The food is consistently great, and I’m really glad they’re so close to my job. Definitely one of my go-to spots for to go orders !

Skepticism after seeing the reviews for this particular location, but after trying it for the first time. I was beyond surprised with my food. I ordered 10 piece bone in wings. 5 lemon pepper and 5 Korean BBQ. Both flavors were delicious. Thought the lemon pepper would be more seasoning than a wet sauce but still good. Korean BBQ has good spices and just enough heat/spice. If youre a weirdo like me, you might jidt combine the two and create somethig special. Outside of being short one wing and the wings are somewhat small. [At least the flats are small*] excellent wings. 3x better than Bdubs or other franchised wingspots.

Figured I give them a try as being a customer and not an employee, this wasn’t the location I was at but this matches my location on poor food quality. Order and paid for 20 flats it was 15 lemon pepper and 5 Parmesan garlic. It looked like they weren’t properly shaken barley any seasoning on both.! I know for a fact wasn’t trained like this at all still upsetting and disappointing DO BETTER.!

Wait time was ridiculous ESPECIALLY for an online order. I was forgotten about for over 35 mins. as I sat patiently waiting inside only to discover my order was sitting on the shelf getting cold. Too furious to complain, I left and can't ever see going back.
The worker was too busy playing the game ( who will I get tonight, the male worker). My chicken was disgusting under cooked, The kitchen area was a sad mess ,the waiting area was dirty, and the Fountain area was just as bad as the kitchen area, I asked for my money back,quote I had too wait and call and speak with a manager I called and never got to speak with a manager.
