I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page.
I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

The lady who took my order ignored me for the first 5 minutes I was there. Then when she took my order she was so rude and seemed legitimately upset that I ordered something....

Third try is it door dashed a simple order 20 wings and a tenders combo. No fry’s and no sauce. Third time we’ve had to go back and this time they won’t answer the phone. Never again.

I placed a take out order at 9:05 i got there an hour later and the order was not ready, he the who called himself manager asked me to wait another 20mins, which i did. After 20mins he gave me a wrong order, order worth like $70 with lots of wings. I told him it's not order i only ordered $20 worth of order. He said I have to wait 20mins AGAINfor my order to be ready this time I requested my money bk. He said I either take the wrong order or I wait AGAIN for another 20mins. I said NO! I want my money back. He ignored me for 20mins. Didn't get my order or give me my money. I had to call corporate and the police had to make him process my refund after a show. This is the 3rd time the claimed manager guy would do this.This is it for me with wings stop, I really do not have to eat wings though
