The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

I ordered atomic flavor and this is what I received. Disgusting. Not even edible! I have tried this place at least 3 times based off of the convenience of the location and EVERY time has been a disappointment! Wingstop in the Cincinnati area has gone down hill overall! I used to eat this place at least twice a week for lunch. It’s gotten so bad I don’t think I’ll be eating Wingstop Cincinnati anymore. They’ve raised the prices but the quality is disappointing!

Placed a delivery order 10/27/24. Took well over an hour to receive. When I did receive it, the fries were missing and I did not get the sauce I requested. When I tried calling the store, the phone was out of service. This is unacceptable.

Wings were very rubbery on the 1st 2 orders I call them speak a a male manager who said not there problem I had to put my wings in the oven for over an hour to get them crispy 3 order delivered fries were throw in the bag packages was open said they refunded but did not the girl manager sound like she was in the streets yelling at one of her girls no refund wings are not been to be chewy a the rubbery

Worst Wingstop I’ve been to and they just opened. Would be zero stars if I didn’t enjoy their sauces. Chicken and fries were sup par. Service was beyond dysfunctional. You’d think the manager would have a process for people to wait outside or in their vehicles for their order… not loiter in the small lobby so nobody knows who has or hasn’t been taken care of.

It was my SECOND ever time getting Wingstop, I was so excited after having my diet and seeing it all over TikTok. I wanted a cheat meal and went with my mom to order some food. That excitement was SHORT LIVED. We waited close to an hour because they forgot our order. And, when we got our order the food was not hot but warm like it was just sitting. My fries were disgusting, like they’d just got taken out nearly before they burned. And My chicken tasted like straight SALT. Horrible experience, I don’t ever want Wingstop again.

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.
