looovee the ice cream here but you never know when they’re gonna be open. I’ve come in several times and there was no one in sight, no signs telling when they’d be back and google said they were open. It was kind of frustrating since I came to the mall JUST for the ice cream.
The place was amazing especially the taste and the way they make the rolls is fantastic

I was very disappointed when I showed up at 12 and the store was unable to prepare my food, I came back 15 minutes later as instructed and then had to leave because they still couldn’t make it.
Came in at noon to get my ice cream. Was told to wait an additional 15 minutes and then came back 30 minutes later and the store still wasn’t open.

We tried it yesterday for the first time and it was so good! My daughter also loved watching them make it.
The taste is not that good! Just a cup of frozen milk... better try Godiva next door😊
First time here got a snack wrap very good and great price. Loved picking the fresh ingredients

Great concept! I saw the same style rolled ice cream in Memphis as well but never got chance to actually try it. I tried here in Kenwood Mall Cincinnati, and it was awesome!

Loved watching them make the ice cream! The man that made mine was super friendly and made it a fun experience. I got coconut ice cream mixed with mango and it was delicious!
Amazing & really good . So fun to watch them make the ice cream too . I got chocolate cheesecake with a brownie on top & chocolate syrup . It was so good. ���
