Charleys Cheesesteaks is a good alternative for Circleville. Kids loved the chicken nuggets, and the cheese steaks and subs are loved. The fries were fresh, and the sandwich was made correctly. One family of 6 spent almost $100, but had to go through the drive through twice because a milkshake was forgotten, and at home the whole order was missing, one order was completely wrong, and fries were missing. After returning, the manager agreed to remake a sub only after a refund was requested. It was a really irritating experience. However, a new establishment takes time to work all the kinks out, and it is not a bad idea to double check your order before leaving or sitting down to eat, or speak to a manager so they can make it right. This location is a great addiction to Circleville and the drive-thru is a plus. Employees were friendly. One order of 2 Cheesesteaks with meat and onion only came out with cheese, and the employee said ordering this way would confuse the cooks. Employees need to understand that some people have allergies to certain ingredients. One person with an allergy two mammalian food was handled greatly, and the food did not touch anything else and did not cross contaminate. The sandwich did not cause sickness. The Circleville branch will definitely be returned to. On a second chance, service was VERY prompt and courteous, and the food is excellent, as expected from a restaurant with this name. There is no need to go to Chillicothe anymore. An online order scheduled for over an hour from that time was not ready, and 40 minutes later it was finally received, and apparently it had been done for a while and was just sitting on the shelf in the back, so the food was cold.
