My wife and I ordered a pizza and salad each, we both thought it was the best salad we have had in a long time, everything was fresh. I had the Hawaiian pizza my wife had the All the Way pizza, they were very good. Plan on going back when we are up that way. The young lady that served us was very nice

I called to speak to someone about allergens in their food. I asked about a specific menu item and if it contained eggs. I was told "I don't think so". I pushed further and told her that when it comes to allergens, that's not exactly a good enough answer. I requested she double check, which she went on to explain they only add water to their dough mix. She declined checking the dough mix because it was a flour consistency. I hung up. I called the pickerington location to ask about the allergens and was told that the crust does, in fact, have egg as an ingredient. The person that initially answered at Pickerington took the time to get a manager or someone more familiar with the ingredients to check. Thank goodness they did!I ordered food for everyone except the individual with allergies from the circleville restaurant (the person with allergies got food somewhere else). The food itself was good and we were happy with it. I expect better from an establishment in 2024. I expect allergens to be listed on a menu online for a company with as many locations as Pizza Cottage. At the very least, I expect there to be a safe protocol in place to actually check for a customer when they ask about an allergen in food.Dietary restrictions: They aren't accommodating for checking on allergens .
The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was very clean, and the hygiene measures were evident throughout our visit. I highly recommend Pizza Cottage for anyone looking for a tasty and affordable pizza place.

Food was good. Pizza was thin crust and a little greasy, but not too bad. Ordered Bacardi and Pepsi and got spiced rum instead...wasn't expecting that.We'll stop again next time we are in the area.
We go there once a month on our way back from Columbus. Best pizza ? and best people you could ask for. We don't go inside We go through the drive through.. Look the pizza cottage. ?

I was happy to see a pizza cottage here. Before this, the last time I had experienced pizza cottage food was back in 1999 at the buckeye lake location. I would almost always order a Ruthie's way sub whenever I was in that area. I decided to order one again this time, excited because I remember just how delicious it used to be, i was also nervous that they may have changed the recipe over the years. They did perfect. It was exactly as I remembered it! Way to go Pizza Cottage!!

Always good and consistent food! Pizza is going to be very greasy, no matter what you get. Dinning room is always clean. The party room is nice for events. The salads are mid, they don’t cut up the onions and they don’t really have a lot of toppings. The breadsticks are also okay, nothing special.
