I have been in this Taco Bell drive through line for 28 min, and there are still 4 cars ahead of me. If I didn’t mobile order and already pay there is no way I’d still be waiting. It’s been about 8 min per car on average. What is going on! And apparently this has been going on for weeks according to my gf who was in line for over 20 min with only 2 cars ahead of her then.Edit* we have now been stuck in this line for 45 min. Started with 7 cars ahead of me, one last car ahead. This is ridiculous lol there should be warning signs. Beware of starvation and old age ahead.

My order was $7 and I got asked repeatedly by the drive thru worker to hand him a $20 so he could keep a $13 tip. Didn't eat my food cause I was worried since I didn't give him money he did something to it.

Great service, friendly, they forgot the cinnamon twists but apologized and gave an extra one. They make sure the customers are happy and are very helpful with the menu
I have an issue every time I come to this location it is absolutely ridiculous. Did a mobile order came right back when I realized my cinnabon delights were frozen solid in the middle anytime I just want them to fix something and im always polite with them, they get so argumentative like it’s in there training. The manger ripped my bad out of my hand and perceived to smash her thumb into one of them and tell me that it was getting warmer and I just needed to let them sit for 5-10 minutes. Cold on the outside frozen in the middle they weren’t going to get any better.. I asked her to just remake them and she suggested she could fry them longer and I said absolutely not you just Jamed your thumb in them. She said “well not that one” and I said no please through them away and remake them she stomped off like a child and through the bag on the floor I order the 12 pack she gave me 6 back. I just left after that I would consider going elsewhere unless you’d like to deal with the behavior. So pathetic. Do better.

Rude people work here & they messed up our order really bad said NO lettuce and repeats it back to me & is even on the receipt but yet there’s lettuce on every taco we got and also said no beans and put beans on it anyway. Stupid. Just
