A few days ago I got a loaded nachos,, you left off some ingredients like the guacamole and so I went back in today to get it fixed and so I ordered another 1 and let them know and I did tell the manager that they didn't put guacamole on my nachos and was not kind enough to tell me. My son and his mother and I stopped by on our way home from spending the weekend at children's hospital and I was very satisfied with everything we walked in and ordered and within 10 minutes we had our food and and it was the best toco bell that I had ever had the pleasure of eating at so 4 out of 5 from me.

Glass doors are a little dirty. All the employees hide in the back. No one at the counter to help anyone. Bathrooms need a little attention. they need to add no touch door handle (foot pegs).
