Always helped with a smile and in a timely manner. The staff is super nice and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Favorite Bruegger’s location by far. Cant even think of a time I had a problem or a messed up order.
My fiancée and I love the food here. The staff has always been amazing however on 8/31/2025 one employee Heather was outwardly rude to customers. She rolled her eyes at customers walking in and gave attitude to us when we ordered an item that was low quality available and they didn’t have enough to fill the order. This experience was extremely out of the ordinary for our us and if it had been our first time in might have dictated if we would ever return.
