“There is a wonderful little restaurant attached to this bar..and the braised short ribs are ..SEXY. Tender, full of flavor and absolutely delightful!! The chef always comes out to talk with the customers because clearly she loves what she does and is very good at it!! The bartenders are very personable and quite funny! John and Coach are awesome. “Cheap drinks, karaoke a group of amazing friends? You can’t go wrong with this place. I feel like is a great option to start or end the night with friends. The bar can get loud so if you want a nice sit down place this may not be the spot as people loudly screaming karaoke cannot be avoided but it is entertaining! Highly recommend this dive bar if you want a space to share with friends and if you enjoy karaoke it’s perfect.“

“A suburban bar with a dive feel. Drinks are good, staff is super nice! Plenty of seating. They have pool tables , darts, and even an old school pinball machine. I lived in the area for three years and when I am back in town to visit my friend it is our go to place!“

“ABC Tavern is awesome, Im a huge fan and often end up there for a late night snack. Their fries are, in my opinion, perfect. Exactly what you want in a fry. Their food i reasonably priced and well portioned. I always leave satisfied. The specials are interesting and usually very good too.

The service is always good, the bartenders are great, attentive, and take care of you. I have literally never asked for a refill on a water, they fill it multiple times before its empty. Which is one of my criteria for how good service is.

The vibes are also great. They play good music. Love the dollar bill wall behind the bar lol. And the types of people who go to town hall generally arent here, which is a big feature. I highly recommend this place.“

“I had never been to Black Forest before - no reason, just hadn't. But when they placed 3rd in the Best Burger contest last week, I had to check it out. Met the mighty Francis McGarry for a sales meeting and dinner. They were NOT lying about the burger - FANtastic. Staff were friendly and the owner stopped by and chatted. Bingo in the next room had the place packed, but it wasn't loud - they just sounded like they were having a blast. I Highly Recommend Black Forest for great food, and great people. “Fun little place. Good drinks, pleasant bartenders, good prices.

If your not from the area, be careful pulling out. I didn't notice the sign and turned the wrong way. Cop was very nice and gave me a warning, but pay attention. My fault for not. .. Just glad I was the designated driver.“

“Becky's has a casual corner bar vibe. We went at dinner time where ordering was from the bar, not a hassle at all. The staff were welcoming and professional, and easily available. We ordered Cobb salads, which were enormous, fresh and tasty. The onion rings were super crispy. Our gin and tonics were plenty strong enough. The restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend!“
