Only 2 words to describe this place, Yummylicious! Smackalicious!.. The food and service here is amazing! My favorite place to get pasta when I visit Cleveland, Ohio.. Everyone here was nice! See you on my next return 🤸🏾♂️🤸🏾♂️
I just had to update this review. So let’s play, NAME THAT SOUP? My hubby was here on 8/28/24. He brought me Italian wedding soup which I have had from here before. The pic on the left is what I got; the pic on the right is what I should have gotten. There was zero pasta, zero veggies, and the broth was ??. The container had chopped chicken, celery and onions. That’s it. So I ask again…. NAME THAT SOUP? Seriously tho, I hate to say it but their food and service have taken a big dive for the worse. Pizza is still the bomb, but I wonder for how long?

Come here for wings all the time and always get pretty good service but today I called to ask the wings flavors and the rude girl who answered the phone apparently wasn’t up for doing her job today and respond we have a bunch of flavors they’re online. Mind you I was calling because prior to calling I did attempt to look online and order online and it wasn’t working in which I also stated to the girl…. Then I asked her can I order online she was speaking fast with an attitude so I had to ask her to repeat herself and of course was given more attitude. I even was trying to be nice and said I can’t hear the last thing you’re saying. She says door dash and Uber eats I can finally make out but again I already tried door dash and it said unavailable!!! So you’re being rude to me and I’m calling because the system you claim I can order from isn’t working!!! Please if you do not like people do not work in the service industry!!! I did not deserve to be talked to like that and from a customer who frequents the spot. So now I’m placing no order At all. I don’t want to be talked to like that where I’m spending my money!!!!
