Acqua di Dea offers excellent food that leaves a lasting impression. The professional service is commendable, although the ambiance could use some sound reduction. This restaurant is recommended for a sophisticated evening out or a romantic date. The servers and manager are wonderful and want you to be happy. The appetizers, such as tuna and carpaccio, are astounding. The gnudi and sea bass are also amazing. Although there can be a slight delay with entrees, the restaurant quickly addresses any issues and provides excellent customer service, including complimentary cocktails and even covering the cost of entrees. The one downside is the noise level, as sounds travel easily throughout the restaurant, making it difficult to have a conversation. Overall, Acqua di Dea provides a consistently impressive dining experience.
