I heard about affoGATO from a local on my flight to Cleveland, and I’m so glad I listened! I’ve been to several cat cafes, but the perfectly punny name alone made this a must-visit.
Book ahead before visiting the cat cafe area. Otherwise you will have to just watch them through the glass. Reservations are highly recommended and easy to do. When we visited, they had several new arrivals from the shelter. While some were still shy and adjusting, others were incredibly friendly. We fell in love with Milo, who reminded us so much of our own cat back home! The space is well planned. The layout is great. There’s plenty of vertical space for the cats to roam and various seating options for humans as well to relax in the company of the cats. After our cat session, we grabbed an affogato. They use Mitchell’s Homemade Ice Cream, which is a local hero and made the drink so good!
Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend supporting this spot.

Amazing time here. Loved spending time with the kitties and sipping on our drinks. Drinks are amazing but the food is meh. And you have to pay $11 a person to just come in, and then still have to buy food/drinks.

A lovely shelter that does great work adopting out cats. The cats are very well taken care of and the people at the store are so friendly and nice. If you want to adopt a cat, this is the perfect place to look!

I went for my birthday today! I loved meeting all the cats! Our favorites were Tammy Tortilla, Floof, Alice, and Smeagol! The Affogato coffee with vegan caramel pecan ice cream was delicious as well as their iced Meowcchiato! The next I come I'd like to bring my dad or mother-in-law. Dad uses a wheelchair and I like that they have ADA accommodations.
My first time ever going to a cat cafe. I went here with my friend to play with the cats. I was a bit skeptical at first since I’m not a cat person, but I found myself wanting to come back ever since our last trip here. The staff are friendly and very helpful when it comes to the cats. That came in handy for me since, again, I’ve never really been around cats. I ordered a black tea with sugar, my friend ordered their hot chocolate with oat milk. Both drinks were nice. I’d definitely stop by just to get their tea. Will be coming back again.

Didn't try the food. But it was cool seeing all the lil kitties running around playing. There was a lil smell happening but it looked very clean. Staff was supper friend and helpful. Hope they continue to succeed in finding forever homes for the sweet fur babies.
There staff was very friendly. Just a little judgy, but I imagine that comes with the territory of making sure their cats get adopted to good homes.
There coffee and teas were delicious and they even have an ice cream coffee, like their name eludes to.
Overall, it was a great experience and the uncharge was almost nonexistent.

When my boyfriend and I went today the staff members were extremely nice and energetic. They were super friendly and were very knowledgeable on their drinks (and explaining them) along with explaining their process of cats. They both also wore super cute sweaters :) the environment overall was super relaxing and homey

Nice place and a great cause! A coffee shop connected to a “cat lounge”. We took our kids to get their cat play time fix. Make sure you make a reservation if you want to go to the cat side of the establishment, but not necessary for just getting coffee!
