Arrabiata's Italian Restaurant

All right here it goes check this out I'll try not to be too lengthy it was my father's 92nd birthday and he's not in good health they live literally two blocks away from this place the website says they're open till 10:00 p.m. at 8:50 p.m. I dropped my parents off at the front door and I went and parked the car before I could even park the car my parents were on the way out the door I asked what had happened they told me that the young lady said that they were closed I got my parents back in the car I went in to find out what was going on there were two other couples that two different tables that weren't even served yet waiting to get served I guess I wasn't even acknowledged and had to walk halfway through the restaurant to find someone and ask them what was going on they told me that they were closed because they were slow I pleaded with the young lady that was my father's 92nd birthday and please go talk to someone to let her sit down and have some pasta I know sooner did that and my elderly mother came through the door livid and demanded I left and we left so I did I don't know who owns that place or who runs it but really if you're slow and you have a party of four coming in to have something to eat and it's an hour well beyond an hour before you're supposed to close and you won't serve us it's unbelievable I grew up in the in that neighborhood and had frequent the restaurant before in the past never ever again and I will do my best to tell anybody to never go there ended up at five guys actually after I drop my parents off at their house and I went and picked them up too loud and cheeseburgers and I paid $27 for with two fries text arrabiatas really appreciate your efforts do not accommodate Anderson's for their father 92nd birthday show the young kids that are running the place and go home and play video games thank you and if you notice if you read the reviews the owner doesn't even bother to respond to the positive ones or the negative ones what kind of a way is that to run a business what a joke

Nice little place. Our server was great. Blonde with hair in pony tail. Girl who sat us was not only nice but easy on the eyes

I went to school with the guys who started this place many years ago and used to eat here all the time. After moving farther away, I hadn’t been back in at least 10 years. I finally stopped in again recently and it was just as good as I remembered. The food was amazing, the service was great, and it was nice seeing a lot of familiar families still coming in.

I also got to meet Paul’s daughter, the second generation helping run things now, and she took great care of us. You can tell she really cares about the business and the customers. It was great to see the same family atmosphere still going strong. I definitely won’t wait another 10 years to come back. The food is just too good not to crave.

I chose this restaurant because I was really excited to try the food, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

My friend and I were seated promptly, but after sitting down, we waited 20 minutes before anyone brought us water — and it wasn’t even our server. In fact, no server ever came to greet us, take our order, or even acknowledge us. We sat there for about 45 minutes with no service at all.

What made the situation even more upsetting was that a couple came in after us and sat right next to us. They were immediately given water and had a server taking their order within minutes. The contrast in treatment was impossible to ignore. It felt discriminatory and deeply uncomfortable.

After waiting and feeling completely overlooked, we decided to get up and leave. No one stopped us, no one checked on us, and no one acknowledged that we had been sitting there the entire time without service.

This was a very disappointing and hurtful experience. I truly expected better.

Took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and the hostess got us a table immediately when we had a reservation. Sarah was a great and attentive server and got all our food in a reasonable amount of time. We’d love to come back

I came with my mother to this small family owned italian restaurant and it was amazing. I normally don’t write reviews but this one deserves it. We got the Hot Antipasto appetizer which was phenomenal. For my entree I had the chicken dagnese and it was amazing. The Dagnese sauce was incredible with amazing taste. My mother ordered the tortellini derosa which she loved. I definitely recommend this place, service was great, and to top it off the portions were huge.

Tremendous Restaurant!!! Food was top notch delicious- had the Veal Parm and the Hot Antipasto with Calamari. My only negative is that the restaurant was dark inside for the ambiance. I much prefer light!!! Do the dark thing later at night say after 7PM, not at Lunch. I was there with my Fiancé so ambiance is a thing, but not in the dark please.
Food again - amazing!! Great prices as well. 10/10 food!!!

Me and my mother went out there for dinner.
I made a reservation ahead of time but when we came in we still had to wait for 20-25 minutes for a table. The manager told me that this is a very busy place and they never know how much time people would spent dining.
The service is fast and food is delicious but you can't really enjoy your meal or conversation because the noise level is overwhelming!

Went here alone on a Wednesday for dinner. It was a very casual atmosphere and soon got very busy. I Ordered a glass of house wine and was very happy with it. The Chicken Marsala was very good and the pasta cooked perfectly with a pleasant sauce. Prices were reasonable, I will definitely return

Very disappointed that there is not an option for NA cocktails on the menu. In fact, the bartender was unwilling to provide an option upon request Saturday night. I get that this is an old-school restaurant, but it’s very dismissive of your patrons to not recognize necessary updates. I couldn’t enjoy a meal when my initial contact is disinterest in the customer’s experience
