Was my first time here and the food and service were excellent. Wife and I ate at the bar and want to give a special shout out to Kat K for excellent service during our entire meal. We got the Elotes Dip, Guac, and multiple tacos (Birra, Mahi Mahi, and Lobster). Everything was very good and we will definitely be back again.

It would have been a better experience if the hostess didn’t have an attitude and wasn’t so rude. This place was not cheap. Our waitress was amazing and the food was good. Will never go back!

Food is pretty good. Happy hour salsa deal is nice. Staff was friendly. $15 for 2 pints of domestic light beer felt like robbery. I didn’t realize I was at the hotel bar. I generally tip 20% but default tips started at 20% and factored in retail not happy hour pricing.

I usually do not post reviews but I wanted to today. We go to Avo usually once a month. The food is great and we are thrilled when Everet and Kat are working. We ask Everet to be seated in Kat’s section or at the bar if she is bartending. They always treat us like family. Kat knows what we like to drink, lets us know the specials, and makes recommendations. The food is great but the service makes it a great experience. They both make dining at Avo a wonderful experience. Congrats to Avo for having such great employees

Been going for years. Food is delicious and have loved everything I’ve eaten there. Do not miss the Brussels and don’t forget the bread pudding for desert. Incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Our “go to” for a night out.

Made a reservation for 8 pm on NYE and the day before NYE, they texted and cancelled my reservation because they decided to close early. Won’t ever find out how the food is because I won’t ever go back. Inexcusable.

The OC Burrito is one of the best burritos I’ve ever had and I eat a lot of burritos. Mexican Pizza was also very good. The Verde burrito was meh, a little salty and overly vinegary for my taste.
