The milk tea and other drinks are tasty and worth the ride to the Asia Plaza Mall where this small restaurant is situated. The parking is free, the prices very reasonable, the staff members are friendly and helpful. I went for milk tea each day I was in Cleveland for a long weekend and was pleased each day. The locals seem to know that the food is good as well.

If you are looking for a break from the chain coffee and tea places, give this spot a try. I am grateful...

Found this warming instruction for the egg waffles form ball ball Waffle House three years after I moved away from Cleveland. I miss the warm little shop so much for their Hongkong milk tea and mochi waffles. The owners are such humble people who make sure they offer the best to their customers.

An Asiatown treasure. There is nothing like the combination of a Hong Kong-style waffle (say yes to the condensed milk drizzled over it) paired with hot Hong Kong milk tea.
