I've been wanting to try for a while and finally went in. Customer service was great. They're patient and friendly. The lemon mint tea is delicious. The tiramisu ice cream was delectable. And let's not forget the dark chocolate waffle, to die for.

Ordered the Oreo Blast and it was amazing! The Gelato itself isn't overly sweet and the waffle paired perfectly with it. They were very friendly and explained the menu in detail. The upstairs eating area was pleasant with pretty exposed brick and little tables and chairs. Definitely would come back!

I wanted this to be wonderful, but it left me disappointed. The food....terrible excuse for Gelato. It's more like ice cream. Service was acceptable, yet slow with only one staff member and a line. The atmosphere is about as clean as a child's hand while sucking on a lollipop. The floors, tables, and handles are coated in a sugary mess. Will not return.Parking: First come, first serve, inner city parking, expect to walk a few blocks.

The lady running the shop was awesome. The atmosphere is really cool and laid back. Love the seating upstairs. I got the creme brulee dessert and I was a little disappointed. It has to be served in a crepe which I'm not a fan of crepes but the crepe tasted like a pancake with syrup in the layers so it wasn't terrible. But the crepe is so big that it takes up a lot of room in the come it's served in so you don't get a lot of Gelato. The creme brulee part was good but there was way too much of it. The prices were surprising too as we spent $26 for two cones. It was worth a try but we probably won't keep it on our "go back"list.
