My eggs and potatoes came out cold. However the waitress jumped right on it and had a new order brought to me. The manager came over and apologize twice.

Really enjoyed this place! Our server/bartender was a joy. Waygu bolognese with ricotta gnocchi was especially good. Value for money was perfect.

Had nice flaky salmon with good vegetables. Service was great, especially for a busy Friday evening. Manager stopped by our table to check on things, nice touch.

we had a reservation and we waited 20 minutes, we were going to the theater so we were concerned, but we made it ontime. However when we left the restaurant, my husband accidently left his keys at the table. He did not realize it until after the show and when I called, nobody answered. I called the operator and she was lovely enough to go check and she had found them. However, I am confused because if they had my number to text me that our table was ready, why couldn't' they have called/texted to lmk that our keys were left behind. Bad customer service

The extended brunch menu was great. We had the breakfast burgers and $10 bloody Marys. Great value!

We dined at Betts-Cleveland prior to a show at Playhouse square. With our reservations at 5:15 p.m., it was perfect timing. Jordan, our server, asked if we had an event to attend, so she made sure we had plenty of time to get to the show. We both ordered the ahi poke bowl and the smoked trout appetizer--the meal was delicious, and the quality was of the food was outstanding; we were full after the meal. We plan to go back the next time we see a show!

The food was quite good, but our service was terrible! We rarely saw our server, and as we were there for an early dinner, we were her only customers. Not sure we'll return, based on the customer “service” we received.

We had a reservation for a party of 6. We had to wait 15 min before sitting down. Our server was approachable and thoughtful, but it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks and another hour to get our food. When receiving our entrees, they were mediocre at best. I had the shrimp and grits which were lumpy, clumped together, and flavorless. I was disappointed, having spoke highly of Betts to my out of state friends who were in town for a Playhouse show.

A bit understaffed, so it took 15 minutes for server to appear, but after that, everything was excellent, and our server and team were great, as was the food...

Betts' interior is beautifully designed in line with the history of the building. Food is exemplary. We ate there twice in one weekend visit (seared tuna and chilaquiles) because it was so good. Cocktails also excellent. Staff: attentive, prompt, conscientious, friendly--particularly the bartender. Excellent customer service. You can't go wrong here.

We walked right in and sat down. It took a a little longer than expected to take our drink order, considering there were a few empty tables and it wasn't crazy busy. The cortado was delicious! After we ordered it took - solid 30 mins for our waitress to address that our food would be out soon. And it took another 15mins for her to bring it out. Thats 45 mins!! (The table of 2 who sat next to us a half hour after we did were sat, ordered and done the same exact time we were. And one of their breakfasts were the same as ours)She never asked if we needed anything, she would drop things off and run and I had to stop her constantly to ask for ketchup, an extra drink, refill, and a box. The eggs and potatoes were nice and hot but our French toast was room tempt and the cream cheese had a hard coating on it, assuming it gets like that after it sits for a while, although room temp it was good. Also the sausage had a weird texture but that was a personal preference. Never had an apology or a reason why things took so long.

The overall experience was great! Our food server, Phoenix, went above and beyond! She's a 10/10!
