Delicious meal with good portions Amanda was a good server .. pleasant welcoming attentive but not overbearing..
Our server was totally adorable! She was kind, funny, attentive and anticipated our needs.
What a fantastic place! Staff are all so nice, efficient, sweet and kind. Food is interesting, well described and delicious. The cocktails are over the top! Don't miss this gem!!!

This is my third time staying at the hotel. I always go to Betts for the convenience, and while the staff and atmosphere are great, the food is consistently poor. I don’t write reviews after just one bad experience, but I have had similar issues on my last two visits, and I can’t ignore it anymore.
This morning was the tipping point. I ordered the avocado toast thinking it was a safe bet. The avocado looked like pale, days-old guacamole, and the egg was raw with uncooked, clear whites visible. The staff was nice and replaced it with scrambled eggs, but those tasted like powdered eggs.
I see the Chef responding to reviews here; you need to actually taste the food coming out of your kitchen. This has been a problem every time I've stayed here, and I'll likely find another hotel next time.

Great place in the heart of Cleveland. Safe, fun atmosphere. Great selection of local beers, good bourbon, and scotch. Most importantly, the staff! They were so friendly, inviting and fun to chat with. Fun atmosphere for adults and kids if they are tagging along. The food was outstanding, gotta try the blackened shrimp over polenta!!!!

I woke up feeling fancy and decided to treat myself to breakfast at Betts. I arrived around 8 a.m., and street parking was easy and convenient.
The server was lovely—attentive, friendly, and made the experience seamless. I ordered a double cortado, which was crafted perfectly, and the French toast with blueberries—absolutely delicious, though I wasn’t a fan of the glaze (I think it was cinnamon). The flavors were still delightful, and the presentation was beautiful.
The decor is upscale yet relaxed, creating a chic and inviting atmosphere. Service was wonderful, everything was thoughtfully executed, and I had a truly lovely time. Betts is the perfect spot for a refined, effortless breakfast in Cleveland.

Needed a NYE meal that wasn't an expensive tasting menu and this delivered! The dishes were fairly priced (>$30) but I felt the cocktails were overpriced ($16). Wagyu meatballs + Sunday sauce were the star of the show! We ordered a few of the ribeye specials and while priced well ($35), the cut of meat was fatty. Our server was delightful but I felt restaurant was under staffed for the occasion. Overall a great meal for the price point but I'd personally stick to brunch at this location!

We've eaten here many times, today was horrendous. Over the last year the service has gotten worse. There were 3 people in the restaurant still waited 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. The beer was old and our food was cold. We will not be back.
Edit we revisited to see how things are. The food was fast and hot. The atmosphere was much better but getting my card back was still slow. 3 people at the bar and I still had to go find my card so we could leave.

Very disappointed in the service we received. Took a very long time after being seated for anyone to come and check on us. Throughout the entire 1-1/2 hours we were there our server maybe came by twice to engage with us. She passed our table numerous times but never stopped to see if we needed anything until we were ready to leave. I had wanted to order another coffee but never for the chance. Someone different entirely brought the food out. When we were ready to leave and needed our check, we ended up having to ask another server to help us because we hadn't seen our own since ordering. We had a gift certificate to use and it seemed to stump everyone on how to use it as well. The manager did step in and got it figured out. The food was very good just not very impressed with the overall service. Maybe we were judged for having a gift certificate but I definitely don't think we will ever go back.
Disappointing visit - lack of attention and service, food took over an hour to arrive, meat was overcooked and severely over salted, table was messy and lacked basic utensils. Manager on duty acknowledged issues and reduced bill 20% - appreciate that but still not worth what was charged. Will never go back.
Food was reliably good. The service was terrible, but hopefully it was an off night. Waitress ignored us then showed up and tried to clear plates while we were still eating. We never got water even after asking for it. We had to chase the manager down to get the check to leave in time for a show. Even then we had to find the manager a second time to pay. We had Cajun shrimp, short ribs, and three drinks. All of those items were as expected and good, It was a fair price, just horrible service. The service has been good on our previous visits.
