My husband and I wandered into Centro before a Cavs game. I am so grateful we did! The Centro is located within a hotel. We did not have a reservation but were able to get a table quickly. We enjoyed the lobster bisque and Caesar salad to start the meal. The lobster bisque was delicious and creamy! For our main dishes we enjoyed the lobster ravioli and agnolotti. Haven't been here since it was Adega. They've rearrange the layout a little bit and it's a little more open it feels. Food is still very good and service was attentive. The atmosphere is just lovely, probably my favorite thing.
I was just there for brunch. The service was great. The food was underwhelming. I ordered the loaded truffle fries, which were supposed to have bacon. After we ordered, the server had come back to inform us that they were out of bacon. We took the offering of a sausage substitute, but it definitely was not the same.
