Joe behind the bar is the man! I’m a resident of the building and frequent The Centro both daytime and at night. From serving up drinks by memory before I even sit (he’ll do the same for you after a couple visits) to recommending dishes, the professional service meet the high-rolling Vegas and New York hotels and restaurants standards, welcome to Cleveland! On top of that, Joe knows more about baseball, golf and movies than anyone I know lol. He makes you feel better, even if you’re already in a good mood!An elevated dining experience - Joe knows, hospitality. A vet in the field, if you want the best out of Cleveland, visit The Centro and ask for Joe! Great food, great drinks, great place!

An amazing experience every time. Lisa is the most kind and attentive bartender, we’d come back just to see her. Highly recommend!!

Great atmosphere , drinks , and service. Salmon over a salad is my go to ! Monthly specials are amazing and the hot honey pepperoni pizza is a winner every time. Lisa is the best and our fave bartender.

Wonderful atmosphere on this (half of wine, down) Wednesday surrounded by live saxophone and elegant fluted acoustic wood paneling; I feel like I’m in an amphitheater. The wine is flowing and the music is smooth. I always enjoy the bone in filet and polite staff. The bar tenders (Joe & Lisa) are exquisite, conversational and attentive. What a fun evening!

Our waitress was nice and the mimosas and Bloody Mary was good. 45 minutes to get our food. My “Centro omelet” was dry and no flavor. I declined the hash browns and no substitute was offered, which I understand. The english muffin, came and wasn't toasted. The steak and eggs were just ok. Steak was flavorful, eggs were cold. Skillet eggs ordered were acceptable. I chose this place because it was a great location for the playhouse theater, which we were seeing a matinee show. Centro is a one and done for our group.

My husband and I wandered into Centro before a Cavs game. I am so grateful we did! The Centro is located within a hotel. We did not have a reservation but were able to get a table quickly. We enjoyed the lobster bisque and Caesar salad to start the meal. The lobster bisque was delicious and creamy! For our main dishes we enjoyed the lobster ravioli and agnolotti. The pasta was wonderful and VERY filling. We were not able to finish our main dishes because the starters with the bread that was provided were generous portions. The environment was relaxed and elegant. Our server was wonderful and made a mock tail for us after he found out I was expecting. He was funny and made our dinner service enjoyable.

Haven't been here since it was Adega. They've rearrange the layout a little bit and it's a little more open it feels. Food is still very good and service was attentive. The atmosphere is just lovely, probably my favorite thing.

The food and waitress were great. I settled for the French toast and side order of bacon/sausage. Very delish. Price was very reasonable.

I was just there for brunch. The service was great. The food was underwhelming. I ordered the loaded truffle fries, which were supposed to have bacon. After we ordered, the server had come back to inform us that they were out of bacon. We took the offering of a sausage substitute, but it definitely was not the same. I originally ordered the breakfast pizza, but since there was no bacon, I changed my order to a margarita pizza. There was no basil on it. I don't expect perfection, but for these prices, I do expect bacon & basil.

This night we went there with my sister and first when we ask to seat in close area where is no people around the guy told they he cannot do this and “we trying to keep everybody together” this is first what I don’t like because place in Sunday night want busy at all and a lot of free table.Second we ordered the soup and we didn’t like the smell and taste feels like it wasn’t fresh, and the server was nice and apologised.that he didn’t like it, he kindly took it away and apologized, then they brought us pasta and salmon, which were terrible and I wouldn’t pay that price, the conclusion is that this is not a place for food, maybe the cocktails there are good, we didn’t try it, but we didn’t like the food, the salmon was overcooked and the pasta is very cheap, I don't recommend this place, there are many other delicious places for that price. I hope the administration will listen and change the cook or at least make a reprimand for the quality of the food

My party of 4 made a reservation at The Centro for dinner before going to a show at Playhouse Square. The ambiance was nice and our server was lovely. We ordered wedge salads which were fine. Three of us ordered chicken picatta and the other person in our party ordered the lobster ravioli. When dinner came, we all noticed there was no sauce of any kind on the chicken or the accompanying pasta. The chicken portion was small, so tough it could barely be cut with a knife and overcooked. We spoke to our server who was very apologetic and offered to get some sauce for the chicken. The sauce we received was basically butter. The Manager was also apologetic, took the chicken picatta off our bill and asked if she could replace our dinners with something else. Because of time constraints we couldn't order other entrees. In all fairness, the lobster ravioli was good but not great. The prices at The Centro are comparable to what you would expect to pay in a top-notch restaurant. We found the food was not commensurate with the prices charged. Again, the staff couldn't have been more apologetic or nicer. Perhaps the chef was just having an off night but I couldn't reccommend the restaurant at this time.

The food was disappointing and overpriced. Service was inattentive. I would opt for some place else.
