Amanda was our waitress and she was perfect! Very attentive, friendly and really good at her job. The chocolate cake dessert was awesome! I gave atmosphere 3 stars because the staff was shouting back and forth to each other repeatedly. One girl saying she won't make the pies. Just unprofessional even for the type of restaurant. The other reason for 3 stars is condition of the restaurant. It was clean but in dire need of basic upkeep. Peeling paint on the ceiling and dingy...

Service is great. Food is good. Couldn't ask for more from a big boy. You know where you're getting and that's what they deliver. Can't ask for anything else. Love it

Honest Feedback. The Hostess, Server (Amanda) and Cashier were all fantastic, pleasant and nice. Amanda was on point and the food came out in less than 10 minutes (perfect). The Big Boy original with fries tasted good and was exactly what I wanted and expected. However, the attention to detail and the smell of the restaurant is absolutely terrible. The first thing you notice when walking in the door is an awful stale SMELL.. Which is 100% the carpeting!!! That carpeting...
