Good vibes great stafff !
Really poor customer service. Treated us really poorly on Saturday Cosmic bowling/Hip Hop night. Policies didn’t let us finish our game even though multiple lanes were open. Wouldn’t give me Ice for my purchased bottle water. Wouldn’t even let us shoot pool at 12:15 while we finished our drinks because they closed at 1am.

Hi Mr. Groves,
After the stoppage fees and the time that it took us to deal with the check theft, it has cost us far more than $50 so we will not be issuing any refund. I am sorry for the experience from the get go but we will not be putting any more effort into this and will not be responding to any further emails.
