I eat at the Blue Point Grill probably 3 times a year. It is a wonderful place. Yesterday I had the best meal that I have ever had there. They keep getting better every time I go. If you want good seafood and innovative cooking, this is the place to go in Cleveland.

Food was good..but this used to be a favorite of ours..but to drive up over an hour just to eat here..would probably not do that. Prices are up everywhere downtown...just don't think drinks and food is worth the cost..

Always a great experience. Hearty appetizers at the bar followed by a lovely dinner and superb service. Worth the 1.5 hour drive for us and an excuse to stay the night downtown. Our only suggestion is that the wine list is in need of refreshing; it has been static for several years. I saw several bottles of Meeker wines displayed in the shelves but not on the menu. Please change things up! Either enlist a sommelier or a wine expert to set a new course. Also Take into account the changing tastes of the younger crowds that you need to attract.

It was our first time dining (lunch) at Blue Pointe Grille and was so impressed with our server (Levi) who was outstanding, the ambience and decor and the many wonderful choices for lunch. We all enjoyed our meals as the food was fantastic. Will definitely return.

It was my first time. I came for lunch with my aunt who was celebrating a birthday. The food was great and the staff super friendly. PLUS the views of downtown Cleveland were SPECTACULAR!!! I look forward to returning for dinner.

We were so disappointed in our anniversary dinner at Blue Points and I wonder if most of the reviews are paid for or if they delete poor reviews. We came from out of town for an event and we were looking forward to a white tablecloth dinner; but it was truly one of the worst dinners we've ever had. The olive appetizer (which we get at any restaurant that offers it) was awful. Just large olives mixed with cheese and whole almonds- not tapenade style with crackers-just a large dish of cold whole olives-so odd. We ordered the Grouper (signature dish) and Sea Bass.... Both were very overcooked and tasted like the salt shaker had been dumped on both. For the first time at a restaurant, we didn't finish either main dish (nor the appetizer). They were inedible. So so salty. The manager did come over and notice- but only took one meal off. Free desserts were given but, at that point we were just ready to go and, in my years of restaurant experience, if you see two entrees barely eaten, you comp the bill. We were not looking forward a free night and, being our anniversary, wanted a delightful meal- but it was just full of disappointment. The server was kind, our table was nice, but we would not recommend Blue Pointe to anyone.
