Usually amazing. This time not so great. Steak was raw. And only a portion of our food that we had left over to go was packed in our bag. Almost a $300 dinner. Definitely expect more. Will be back for sure. But disappointing.

Took my daughters to celebrate my kid's birthday. Two fantastic appetizers (ahi tuna tartare and their special). The birthday kiddo got the lobster bisque which is thick and creamy and delicious.Kid 1 got Blue Point Heaven. Reports the lobster and shrimp were cooked to perfection with no overcooking. She enjoyed her scallop and gave me one, and I have to say mine was good textually but had a bitter note that caught me off guard (notably i was not offered any lobster or shrimp to share ?).Tuna Tartare was a pressed with green onion, and absolutely fantastic.Kid 2 got maryland crabcake, offered me a tiny bite. Fantastic.I got the grouper. Seared to perfection and perfectly tender with a delicious sauce.Wait staff was phenomenal, no glass was ever empty and everyone was a delight.

Dinner was delicious and seasoned well !! The crab Mac and cheese was my favorite. Shawn was our waiter and he was attentive, professional and friendly! Looking forward to going back!
I went to BluePointe for my birthday like I do normally, it was 6 of us. Our food was super late. Then when my food got there my Mac and Cheese Crab was not hot and boy my Ceasars salad sat out so long I just wanted to say forget it but I didn't want to disappoint my guest, but for 160.00 I was highly disappointed. My husband food was great. My sister in law had to leave early and compensate all her food and valet. If I knew my food was going to be horrible, I would have left when she did and went somewhere else. I didn't eat anything that day because I was amped up for my early meal, but for the first time ever under a new manager, so much went so badly. I enjoyed my family but was highly upset with my meal. Then when they came to bring me my birthday, Creme Brulee, it was the only thing right, but I couldn't enjoy it because I was starving. What a waste of waiting to eat for hours and waste of money. It'll be a very long time for me. Something told me to get up and go to our dear friend Lola's across the street...Lesson learned and Money lost.

My husband and I went for a combined birthday and honeymoon dinner, and had an outstanding experience. The food was wonderful, but the waitstaff was truly the deal maker. We interacted with several people but the highlights were both Lindsey and Lisa. Lindsey conducted himself with gravitas that reflected very well on the establishment. He was available to attend to our every need. I felt bad asking him so many questions about the menu and modifications, but his demeanour was reassuring and an amazing representation of the ethos of this business. He is such an asset, I don’t have words to fully articulate how much I enjoyed his efforts!I appreciated that he also took the time to get to know my husband and I, and chat with us about our visit to Cleveland, our respective military service, and even took a moment to appreciate our tattoos!Similarly, Lisa was an outstanding concierge for everything to do with Blue Point including addressing my dietary restrictions with care and respect. I didn’t feel inconvenient or high maintenance for a single moment. We appreciated that the manager, Adrian (Adrien?) stopped by to check in and ensure that we were fully taken care of during our dining experience as well; it felt like being a minor celebrity.I would recommend blue point to anyone visiting Cleveland or even locals looking to try a new venue. After many years in a customer focused role myself, it is evident that this restaurant prides itself on top notch service to accompany their outstanding food. Very very impressed. Thank you, Blue Point, for making my birthday dinner and the start of our honeymoon trip an evening to remember!!Dietary restrictions: Amazing for gluten free diners. They’re extremely contentious and considerate and will not omit a thing. Gluten free friends- you’re safe here.
